Charles was absolutely fantastic! He helped my family through a difficult time when my mom passed away and we had to sell her home while not being local. The house was also an older home which limited our interested buyers. Charles quickly got it listed and did a great job with the online description, pictures and overall write up. Charles helped us quickly come up with a fair asking price that would allow us to sell quickly and also maximize our sale. Charles was extremely responsive to any questions we had and kept us up to date with any showings. Charles helped us get an accepted offer on the house in approximately a month which was much faster than I expected. Charles was extremely knowledgeable about the entire process and his overall knowledge of the Marshfield area and networking with other realtors and roofers/electricians was obvious.
